Yes, you can use the Bully adjustable ladder rack, # CG-903, on your 1986 Toyota Land Cruiser. This vehicle, like you said, has side rain gutters which is what the rack attaches to. We also have a couple of regular roof racks that will also fit. I have included a link to them for you.
