I recommend using the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-1000 for your trailer with the 2 UTV's. This system is also rated for a trailer up to 10,000lbs but has a much wider spread tongue weight capacity of 600-1,000lbs. The Curt # C69JR you found requires 800-1,000lbs of tongue weight which is going to be higher than you are going to have on your trailer. Typically tongue weight should fall around 10-15% of the trailer total weight. With a total weight around 5,350lbs you should have around 535-802.5lbs of tongue weight.
You will need either a 2" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6080 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100 to match your trailer coupler. A 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 is needed to install the hitch ball.
