Recommended Replacement For A Concertone ZX25 In A Tight Space
Question:
My RV is a Rockwood pop up. It has a ZX25 Radio and does not have room for any of the replacement options mentioned in your forum. The ZX25 is only 1 3/4inch deep beyond the face of the cabinet where it mounts, with obstructions directly behind. 5inch depth will not work in my application. Do you have a replacement that matches the measurements of the ZX25?

Since we don't currently offer any RV stereos that would be shallow enough to fit the minimal space you currently have the only option would be to move the stereo entirely to a new location and covering the cutout hole. You might be able to just trim the hole down to get a bit more space for a new stereo like the Jensen RV Stereo w/ DVD Player # JWM45 and then just cover of the rest of the hole.
If that's not an option then you would have to search for a new location entirely and run all the wires to the new location, which can be a bit of a pain.
