Air Compressor System Which Monitors Air Pressure Automatically In Air Springs While You Drive
Question:
I just installed Firestone f2595 coil replacement air bags on a 2010 ram 1500. The bags work great so far. They dont take much air at all to inflate so Id assume any compressor would work. I want to make sure this airlift compressor kit would work with these air bags. The specs look perfect. 5-100psi also pairs up well. I only ask because so far everything has been in reference to helper airbags. Id also like to know if the pressure that appears on the gauge after setting with the switch will be maintained by the system? I see it will auto air up to maintain 5psi. If set to say 50psi, does it automatically run to maintain this pressure?

The Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System # AL25592 will only maintain the psi for the low psi setting. It is not capable of maintaining the gauge setting while you drive. Instead I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ. This compressor has the same up to 100psi rating for use with the Firestone Coil-to-Air-Spring Conversion Kit # F2595 on your 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. But with this compressor it is controlled from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. The smart manifold maintains air pressure in each spring to within 3psi of your settings while you drive. So you will not need to monitor air pressure like you would with the Load Controller II system.
