I have a Reese 66074 weight distribution head with bars and cam and I want to know if this shank will work - Blue Ox BXW4039 TrackPro Weight Distribution Shank - 9 Hole x 9inch x 2-1/2

Yes, it will. The Blue Ox Weight Distribution Shank item # BLU26FR that you referenced uses the same bolt pattern as the Reese 66074 weight distribution head.
The Blue Ox item # BLU26FR fits a 2-1/2" receiver, is 9" long when measured from the center hitch pin hole to center of the adjustment holes, and has a maximum rise of 10-1/2" or drop of 4-1/2".
