5th Wheel Installation Kit Rail Placement in the Bed of a 1981 Ford F-250 Long Bed

I have a universal 5th wheel rail install kit, I cannot find the truck specific rail measurement. The truck is a 1981 Ford F-250 8 foot bed. Thank you

Using universal installation kit # RP30035 on your 1981 Ford F-250 long bed measure from the rear edge of the truck bed forward 32-1/2 inches. This is where the rear edge of the back rail will be. Once in place use the hitch in the rear rail to find the location of the front rail.
