Will B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter Work on 2016 Ford F-450 Without Bed  

Question:

I have a 2016 f450 super duty. The bed is removed and I use it as a hotshot truck. To pull a 40’ gooseneck trailer. I would like to use my fifth wheel from my 2005 dodge at times which has the turnover ball set up. Is this possible? Can we get a turnover hitch for my f450? Thanks

The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 will require the factory bed for support. If you don't have the factory bed you wouldn't be able to use the hitch. That said, if you install a flat-bed you could then use the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3050 which will require the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500.

If you're looking to save money, you can reuse your head with the Replacement Base for B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVB3055.
