Will Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs Fit Lifted 2020 Ford F-150

Re these air lifter ride control helper springs, I bought a lifted 2020 F150 with what looks like a 4” tapered lift block. Will these Air Lift helper bags fit? Do I need anything else? Thanks!

I do have a solution, but the # AL59570 does not work with spacers so it wont' fit a 2020 Ford F-150 with a lift. Instead, you can use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs along with a spacer to make up for the difference from the lift. You will need the following:

-Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57268 (2 Wheel Drive Models)

-Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57385 (4 Wheel Drive Models)

-Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 4" Lift - Qty 2 # AL52440

For the air bags, you will need to choose the correct model based on whether you have a 2WD or 4WD F-150. Then, you will also need the spacer. This is assuming your truck is actually lifted 4" above factory ride height, I recommend verifying this. Sometimes the lift is actually less so it is possible you will need the 2" spacer # AL52420 instead.
