The Go Power Solar Elite Charging System part # 34282184 comes with the Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller with Bluetooth part 34276119. The Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller can charge both flooded and lithium batteries and there are separate banks for each of these battery types so you can choose one battery charge type for each battery. That said, the controller does not charge both batteries simultaneously, it charges the battery in bank 1 first and then the battery in bank 2.
