Is Spacing Around BullRing Tie-Downs in Stake Pocket Okay for a 2015 Ford F-350

Hi received my order today but they don’t fill all the way on top here’s a picture are they the wrong ones sent for my 2015 ford F350 SuperDuty

I reached out to my contact at BullRing who said that fitment looks just fine so that extra space around it isn't anything to worry about. The main fitment for their product is the hooks underneath the metal and being able to lay flat on the top.
