Repairing Trailer Light Wiring That Were Cut
Question:
Our trailer lights got cut. Do I connect them individually yellow to yellow and brown to brown or can I twist them together and then connect them?

Expert Reply:
If the wire was cut you should be able to splice the similar colored ends together. I recommend using Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-10 to ensure you get a strong connection and it keeps moisture out of the connection.
