Can the Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights be Installed on a Vertical Surface

Question:

I want to use your Optronics Magnetic # TL21RK Towing Lights mounted on VERTICAL 1/8inch steel plates on a utility trailer. Are the magnets strong enough to hold them on these vertical surfaces? This trailer is used on local as well as freeway roads.

The Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights part # TL21RK are designed to be installed on a horizontal surface. I can't recommend using them on a vertical surface but the magnets are very strong and I personally think they could be used in such manor. That said, if they fell off or failed it would not be covered under warranty so just keep that in mind.
