Will Trailer Brake Controller Interfere with Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System
Question:
I have this brake controller on my 2014 Tiffin 36LA Ford 53 24k chassis. I am going to install an Invisibrake 8700 unit in our towed car, Will this brake controller interfere with the invisibrake operation?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The trailer brake controller in the cab of the motorhome won't interfere with the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700. They are two completely separate systems which do not interact with one another. The trailer brake controller controls electric brakes and the supplemental braking system controls hydraulic brakes.
