Will the grille block my front camera sensors

Yes, the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate part # W82AQ which is a fit for a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban will interfere with any front mounted sensors or cameras if present. There's not much you can do about the cameras but in regards to the sensors such as those for park assist etc., you might be able to disable these from the in-dash settings.
Please note, there are no other options which won't interfere with the front sensors or camera.
