Will the center piece from a 2002 chevy 2500 hd short bed work for a 2010 f250 long bed.

The center section is the not the same for a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and a 2010 Ford F-250 therefore you'll need a complete new kit, the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1108 which is a fit for a 2010 Ford F-250.
