Can Brakes be Added to Sundowner Minigo Trailer  

Question:

Will these work on a sundowner minigo. Its a 4x8 with a 2000# torsion axle and 14inch wheels. They do not come with brakes from the factory. I pull the trailer behind a Street car from track to track.

If the spindles of your trailer have brake flanges behind them (will look like a flange that has 4 studs/mounting holes) then yes you can pretty easily add brakes to the 2k axles of the trailer being towed by your "street car". You would need new hub/drums which for that would need the Dexter hubs part # 8-257-5UC3-EZ and then the correct matching brake assemblies part # 23-47-48 and you'd be set.
