I recommend picking up safety chains like the Titan Chain part # TCTSCG30-760-04x2 which comes with 60" long chains rated for 5,000 lbs. Most pop up campers only weigh in at about 2,000 lbs so this should be more than enough for your application. This is a single chain that runs through a mounting bracket on your trailer.
If you can give me some more details about the chain length and mounting style I can get something closer to match what you've been using, but I don't have a list of what your trailer came with so the 60" length depends on what you need.
