Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88390 will fit with a gooseneck trailer hitch like the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108 on your 2001 Ford F-250. You will use the large bolt included with the B&W hitch to secure both points on the bolt through the frame. This is addressed on page 5 of the installation instruction for the Air Lift springs linked below.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ is the on board compressor I recommend using. This system has a smart manifold which allows you to make changes to the pressure from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. It also will monitor the air pressure while you drive and make adjustments automatically if the pressure changes by 3psi while you drive.
