As your 2011 Coachmen Freelander is on a Ford E-350 chassis the fuses are in a different location than the F-350 in the Q&A you found. In the engine compartment there is a power distribution box with high current fuses/relays. Relay # 6 is for your running/parking lights for the trailer. There is also a 20-amp fuse in the # 57 position for this circuit.
If all these circuits are good you can test for power at your 7-way using a Test Light # PTW2993. Looking into the 7-way the running lights are on the blade located in the 11 o'clock position. You can test for power there to verify if the issues is with the trailer or still on the chassis side of your Coachmen. This will help you determine which way you need to continue troubleshooting as there may be a wire shorting out or broken along either the trailer or chassis.
