What Causes S.H Error Code on Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller

Sh code is flashing while we are driving. When we break it day 01. We are in heavey traffic.

I checked the owner's manual for the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller for you and it lists the following under the "S.H" error code.
1. Brake wire sees short during idle condition.
2. Use of some test lights or non-Tekonsha testers can cause this problem.
The brake wire is the blue wire that runs from the controller to the connector and then from the connector to the brake magnets. I first recommend unplugging the controller and letting it sit for fifteen minutes to reset. If the issue still occurs, you likely have a short on this wire and will need to begin tracing.
