Will 1,500 lb Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch Work with Dayton Crane

Hello, I have a dayton crane Model 35z839, will Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake - TUFFPLATE Finish # DL14934 bolt up correctly?

We don't carry Dayton Cranes so I can't say for sure if the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake - TUFFPLATE Finish # DL14934 will attach to this directly without drilling but I have attached for you below the mounting pattern so you can find this out yourself with some simple measurements. The worse case scenario is that you have to drill a few new holes which isn't really a big deal.
