Depth of Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-1K
Question:
Intend to replace my 4 on 4 idler hubs, wheels, and tires on mid-sixties Apache Eagle camper. You seem to have a couple hubs that will fit 1 inch spindle, with L44643 bearings inside and outside. But my question is to the total depth or thickness of the hub. My original hubs are 4-1/4 inches thick. Now, to being unable to send a drawing, the creative thing is go original text emoji! From the left side of the 1st equal sign, to the right side of last equal sign, is 4.25 inches. == [Equal signs represent hub section on each side of wheel mounting plate. Vertical slash represents wheel mounting plate.] Thanks for your indulgence!

The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-1K which uses the Bearing # L44643 is going to be 4-1/4" deep. I have included an image with this measurement below. If you need any help finding a wheel and tire combination please let me know what size it currently has and the maximum weight of your trailer so I can ensure the wheel and tires will fit.
