Troubleshooting Advent Air ACM135 Running Fan All Of The Time
Question:
Hello I purchase an advent air conditioner, ACM135, direct replacement for my old air conditioner. Everything went well and is hooked up the way it needs to be, but for some reason the fan on the air conditioner stays on constantly regardless of the setting on the thermostat. Thanks

I reached out to my contact at Advent air and you'll need to use a circuit tester such as the # PTW2993 to test the pin on the 6-pin connector which has a black, yellow, and red wire.
If you're getting voltage there then your control box is sending voltage, and you have some sort of setting on the thermostat set to a fan only mode.
If you're not getting voltage there, unplug the 6-pin connector and leave it unplugged for a while to let things reset, and plug it back in.
Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting as needed.
