will the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu work in rv with 3000w renogy iverter and 300 amp hours of lithium batteries? Does it have a soft start capacitor?

Yes, the Furrion Chill HE RV AC unit part # FR25PR can be powered by a 300 amp hour lithium battery. It draws 11.2 amps when running so your battery setup would easily work fine. The startup amperage is right at 29 amps and it does not have a soft start.
