Question:
Loaded with two bikes will a carrier and bicycles clear the front bumper, grill and hood of my 2010 Tundra used in conjunction with a Curt front hitch mount part #31198?

We do not have a video of the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch, part # 31198, installed on a 2010 Toyota Tundra, but there is a way to see how much clearance you will have with the hitch installed. I have attached a photo that shows the distance from the front mounting hole to the end of the receiver is 4-3/4 inches. If you locate the front mounting hole on the truck frame of your Tundra and measure forward 4-3/4 inches, you can see how much clearance you will need when using a carrier and bikes.
I recommend the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # C18085. This is a tilting platform 2-bike carrier and has a distance of 12-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the wheel hoop.
Another bike rack I recommend is the Swagman XC, part # S64650. This 2-bike carrier has a 70 lb weight capacity and the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the closest wheel hoop is 10-1/2 inches.
I would also add a word of caution that carrying bikes on the front of a vehicle can obstruct your vision and possibly obscure the headlights, which might violate local law or ordinance.
I have attached some videos about the bike carriers.
