Mounting Hole Dimensions For The Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # DM12925
Question:
i have a 1996 demco 6000at car trailer. i am looking to replace the screw type tongue coupler with a latch type. was looking at the demco dm12925. would that be a direct bolt on? if not, what would you reccomend? thanks ron

While I don't know the bolt pattern of the coupler on your 1996 Demco Car Trailer I did go ahead and have the # DM12925 pulled from the warehouse and measured it so I could give you this diagram to see if it matches your coupler. If this doesn't match your trailer we could try to keep looking for something that would, but manufacturers most likely have changed their bolt patterns since the 90's so we may still end up having to drill new holes.
