Recommended E-Bike Bike Rack to Be Used Behind an RV and Flat Towed Vehicle

Hello- we have two Juiced RipCurrent eBikes that weigh 76 lbs each. Looking for a hitch carrier that can be mounted on the back of our Winnebago Ekko or a flat-towed Jeep Wrangler. What do you recommend?
