For your 2018 Ford F-250 the correct measurement to install the # BWGNRK1116 is in fact 45-1/2" from the rear of the truck bed. To find the center of the hole you will also measure the distance between wheel wells and divide by two. The intersection of the center of the bed and the 45-1/2" measurement will be the center of the hole.
