Bike Adapter Bar Recommendation that the Inner Tube will Not Rotate in the Outer Tube

Question:

Hi, Im looking for a bar that telescopes without the ends rotating relative to each other. The one I have now Xport rolls over at the handlebar end, allowing the wheel to turn. It levered off two bike computers before I figured out what was happening. Do you have any that would solve my problem? I think your website is one of the most helpful Ive ever used.. I am quite pleased with my new Thule Raceway 2. Thanks

For an adapter bar that the ends do not rotate check out the Hollywood Rack Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO. This adapter uses a square bar design that would prevent the inner tube from rotating in the outer tube.

I am not completely sure if this bar would solve your problem but I do know that it would not rotate like you said you needed.
