Troubleshooting Backup Sensors That Constantly Beep On A Hopkins Backup Camera

I bought the hm50002 back up camera and Once I have the trailer attached should the camera still beep when I put vehicle in reverse. Mine does and it goes crazy beeping

If the backup sensor on your Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 is beeping just by shifting to reverse then there's something blocking the sensor. You can try to adjust the angle of the sensors on each side to help clear up whatever is setting them off but other than that there really isn't much you can do with this system.
After doing some research this problem is very common and most people end up turning the volume down on the monitor to mute the sensors.
