Chains that are easy to install and remove tend to get used more, and so tend to actually help you in bad weather. Chains that are tough to install and adjust often remain in the trunk and do you no good. So I suggest you select chains that offer automatic tensioning and quick-release, such as the Pewag Servo RS chains # PWRS75, that are shown in the linked video. These chains feature automatic tensioning, quick-release and rim protection.
