How To Convert 4-Way on Toyota Rav4 into 7-Way for Trailer without Brakes
Question:
My car, RAV4, has a 4-way flat but my tear trailer has a 7 pin round. No trailer brakes. Do you have a 4-way to 7-way adapter? Thanks!

Yes, in order to convert the 4-way trailer wiring harness on your Toyota Rav4 into a 7-way trailer wiring harness you just need a simple adapter, the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter part # C57672 which features a plug-in install. The two 4-ways will plug into one another and then you'll have a few more wires to hook up. The white wire goes to ground and then the rest are optional. If the trailer does not have brakes, the blue wire can just be tapped up, the same goes for the yellow reverse and black trailer battery wires.
