The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Idler Hubs # A35RS545 are going to be the closest replacement to the Dexter 69-47 torsion axle you have under your 7 x 12 Interstate Trailer. These will place the 6" off the frame and place the axle center line 3-13/16" below the trailer frame. The hubs included have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
