Can Thule T1 Bike Rack be Used in Hitch that Has 10 Inches of Ground Clearance

I have a Mercury Grand Marquis I only have 10inch from receiver to ground. is that a problem

While 10 inches of ground clearance doesn't sound like a lot it wouldn't be an issue with the Thule T1 bike rack part # TH9041 that you referenced. This has a rise built into it and since it's a 1-bike rack it's not very long either so ground clearance would not be a problem.
