Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2017 Ram 1500 Towing 5th Wheel

Question:

I have a 2017 Ram 1500, 4x4, Quad Cab w/5.7 ft bed. Buying a 1/2 ton towable 5th wheel that weighs 7350 dry. My truck has 10,190lbs towing capacity and 1,365 cargo capacity. 5th wheel falls into my limits easily but only has 200lbs to spare on the cargo side. I’ve hauled my boat and an occasional pallet of pavers which definitely s my rear end. I’ve been told air bags, new springs, etc. I’m not trying to tear my truck up or have a terrible ride. Just want to reduce the squat. What do you recommend?

The best suspension enhancement option we have for your 2017 Ram 1500 would be the SumoSpring kit part # SSR-307-47 which will give you the support you are needing to reduce sag, is maintenance free, and unlike other options isn't super harsh.
