Information Needed To Correctly Locate New Hangers On 20 Gooseneck Trailer

I have A 20ft goose neck with 5 ft dove tail put 7000lb axles and 5 leaf springs where should I put my center hanger

Spring hanger spacing is not really something you just decide on and weld it, you need to mock up the hangers with the specific leaf springs, shackles, and equalizers you'll be using as those all play a factor. You will also need to have first decided where the axles need to be located so your trailer gets to 20-25% pin weight when loaded. I included a link to a help article that helps with this.
You want your equalizer/shackle angle to match what's pictured below, as that's the right angle to allow the suspension to move without binding.
If this isn't something you've done before or are comfortable with, you really should take everything to a local fabricator so they can make sure everything works together correctly.
