Do the Taylor Made Sur-Mark Buoy Labels Come with Reflective Tape

Can you tell me if your product Taylor Made Sur-Mark Buoy Labels - Slow No Wake - 24 Long x 13 Wide - Qty 2 Item # 36946181 comes with the 2 orange stripes one above and one below the lettering. I see customer images with the stripes but your video only shows Slow No Wake label. Thanks for your time.

The Taylor Made Sur-Mark Buoy Labels part # 36946181 doesn't come with reflective tape. The reflective tape is typically already on the buoy like the Taylor Made Sur-Mark Regulatory Marker Buoy part # 36946104 in most cases.
