Wheel size doesn't really matter when it comes to center caps like the # AM90156C you were looking it, its really based on the hub bore diameter of the wheel.
If you can measure the hub bore of the wheel shown in the diagram below I'd be happy to confirm which option fits your wheel.
The # AM90156C will fit as long as you have a hub bore between 4.88" to 4.90".
