Is this Tri-Ball lock waterproof or at least weatherproof?

The Curt Tri Ball Coupler Lock part # C48CR is weatherproof meaning it will hold up just fine if the trailer was store outside with this lock installed. In order for it to be waterproof it would need be submergible but I would not recommend keeping this underwater.
