Replacement Coupler for Cattle Trailer To Switch From Kingpin to Standard Gooseneck Ball Connection
Question:
Hey, we have this old WW cattle trailer with a kingpin hitch, like a fifth wheel hitch, but backwards. I was wondering if there was anywhere you could get gooseneck adapters like this anywhere so we could use our truck to pull a gooseneck. Thanks.

You are going to need to cut our your current coupler and install one like the Ram Gooseneck Coupler # GCPN-30008. This coupler will be welded in and is rated for up to 30,000lbs of trailer weight. It attaches to your standard 2-5/16" gooseneck hitch ball. The adjustable pin allows for 8" of vertical adjustment should you use different height trucks to tow the trailer.
