The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-434-435 are the assemblies most often found on Dexter D80 axles which utilize electric brakes. If your axle is set up with hydraulic drum brakes they most likely have the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit # 23-402-403. If you can locate the axle serial number I can reach out to Dexter to find out exactly what parts were installed from Dexter to verify the correct replacements and what upgrades are available. The serial number will be on the axle information sticker and is also stamped into the rear section of the axle tube near the passenger side.
