3,500 lb Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension For Use With Large Tires & 6 on 5-1/2 Hub Bolt Pattern

Question:

Hi There. Can you give me a parts list for the timbren axle less suspension I need for an overland trailer. Im fabricating a trailer around 3500 rated. I want to utilize my sierra 1500 spare wheel as my trailer spare so Im hoping to have wheels which are 6x5.5 and 30-32 tires. Can you help make something work for me?

I can offer what we have, though not make something work, it really depends on what size your wheel is. There is a 3,500 lb Timbren Axle-less system that is designed for use with larger tires and fits a hub with a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, so what you can use is the following:

- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Heavy Duty - Long Spindle w/ No Drop - 5 Bolt - 3.5K # ASR35HDS01

- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K

While the hub assembly says "for 5.2K & 6K Axles", that is just what it commonly fits, and the hub does have the correct bearings and seals for the spindle on the Timbren system. The hub also fits wheels up to 16 inches, so it will work with a 235/85R16 tire, for example, which is just over 31 inches in diameter.
