Recommended Brake Controller Adapter for a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser w/ Tow Package

Question:

My 2019 Toytoa LC 200 has what appears to be a complete tow package including the round 7pin connecter, can you then advise me as to parts I require to instal the brake controller as the website has me confused. TY in advance and BTW the fella Im buying trailer from tells me that the one wire plug and play in his 2015 Lexus 470? 4runner equivalent was all that was required. I will confirm the tow package is indeed included in the no option LC is indeed installed. TY in advance!

Since your 2019 Land Cruiser has the factory tow package you can use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3040-P to install a Tekonsha Brake Controller like item # 90195.

I saw you were looking at the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR. This is one of the best brake controllers on the market and one I highly recommend. You can install this using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3040-P however you will need an additional adapter. It is the Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness item # 331-TPH-017.
