How to Use the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket On a 1996 Jeep Cherokee
Question:
Hello - planning ahead to purchase a nice hitch from you for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee. I used to have a 1988 Jeep Cherokee including factory tow package with the flip open PK11893 you have on your web site. Although not confirmed on your site would I be able mount it and use it instead of having 4 wires hanging out the back end? I just like the PK11893 better than your “confirmed” connector. Looking forward to buying a complete solution from you…thnx

In order to use the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket part # PK11893 on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee you'll first need to start out with a 4-way which has the converter, the Curt Circuit Protected Converter part # C56175 which can then be converted into a 7-way with the 4' Pigtail Wiring Harness for Pollak Replacement 7-Pole RV Socket part # PK11998.
Please note, you'll also need the Mounting Bracket part # PK12711U if you don't already have a mounting bracket.
