Yes, the older version Thule Hullavator part TH897XT that you have is compatible with the Rhino Rack Vortex Aero roof rack part # RRVA137S-2 and # RRSX100 that fits your 2021 Toyota RAV4 with raised side rails. You'll just need to use the T-slot mounting hardware that comes with the Hullavator.
