We can't do anything with that axle tag, and don't have any way of knowing off-hand or cross-referencing what 2,000 lb hub you need. In order to find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.

If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride, like in the photo I added. You will also need to know your wheel bolt pattern; if you aren't sure what your wheel bolt pattern is I have linked a help article below which details how to find it.

For example, if you have a 2,000 lb axle with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, and your bearings are L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) you would use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K.

I have added a link below to our entire selection of hubs for you.
