Whill My OneControl Remote Work With My Lippert Ground Control 3.0 System

Question:

Just got done installing my Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric system, etrailer Order Number: 114271985. All seems to be working fine. Im now trying to configure the remote. When hitting Left 5 times then Right 5 times on the LCD panel, nothing happens. The directions I received showed the Retractinch button on the left, but my Panel has the Retractinch button in the middle. I did find a manual that showed the same panel, but there were no directions on the remote. The manual I received initially is dated Rev04.19.18, and the one I downloaded from Lippert is Rev 11.21.22. Are there other directions I need? Can this remote be used with the panel I have? thanks

There's a good chance that you received a remote with your system but will not be able to actually use it. Lippert originally had packaged the remote with the certain Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Systems, like the # LC675817 or # LC358590, because it would connect to the control modules that came with an antenna (pictured below).

Due to packaging logistics for a period of time all systems were receiving the remote even though the systems wouldn't be compatible with it. If you do not have the antenna on your control module then you won't be able to sync the OneControl remote included with your kit to the leveling system and will need to just use the standard controller that come with it instead.
