What Material Texture Does The Bestop Doors # B5302801 Have And Why Do They Have New Strikers?
Question:
What is the texture of the material on5302801? I know the texture of ...3815 Denim and ...3801Vinyl. Secondly, my 87 Wrangler has steel doors with existing strikers. The info on 2801 suggests that door strikers are provided. Why? Are there Wranglers w/o strikers? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. The Chat guy just told me that these half doors will not go on my Wrangler b/c it has factory steel doors w/ strikers. Not sure this makes sense. The other two ...3815 and ...3801 will apparently fit my Wrangler. Thank you for any info you can get me on this.

The Bestop Soft Lower Half Doors # B5302801 are a vinyl texture like the Doors # B5303801 which also fit your 1987 Jeep Wrangler. These Doors # B5302801 include strikers as they use a different latch than your included doors. You will need to remove the factory strikers to use these doors.
Both the Doors Vinyl # B5303801 and Denim # B5178315 use the factory style strikers if you prefer to keep them.
