How To Measure A Slide Out For A Solera Slide Out Awning
Question:
How do I measure

You'll need to measure the outside edge of the flange to the outside edge of the other flange to determine the size needed. You will want to note if there's anything nearby that could interfere with the arms of the awning when you retract the slide out. The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000251461 you were looking at will fit 110" - 115" flange width measurements.
I've attached one of my installations video below where I'll walk you through the whole process of measuring and installing the awning. Just make sure to pick up some butyl tape # AL28FJ as well for the mounting brackets.
