The recommended tongue weight range for Reese Heavy Duty Round Bar Weight Distribution system, part # 49570, is 600-1,200 pounds. Unless you get the camper up to a 600 pound plus tongue weight after loading, this system would be overkill. It probably would not damage anything, but the ride would be very rough.
We have smaller systems that would probably suit your needs better and not create a rough ride. Reese part # RP65509 has a tongue weight range of 200-600 pounds. You trailer is already in this range, and unless you really load it, it probably will not exceed the 600 pound tongue weight. You would also need to purchase a weight distribution shank and a hitch ball if you do not already have a ball for your trailer.
As always, make sure your trailer weight and tongue weight do not exceed the capacities of your hitch and your vehicle.
